Delivery, exchanges and payment

Delivery

Free delivery across Pakistan. Drop 001 opens as a pre-order and dispatch starts 11 November, in number order. After dispatch, Lahore takes 1 to 2 working days and other cities 2 to 5.

Outside Pakistan: choose your country at checkout and the delivery cost shows before you pay. Message us on WhatsApp for timing to your country.

Cash on delivery

Choose cash on delivery at checkout and pay the rider at your door. Every order is confirmed with you on WhatsApp before it is dispatched. If we cannot reach you within 24 hours, the order is cancelled and the set goes back to stock.

For some orders, for example an incomplete address or two or more sets on cash on delivery, we may ask for a Rs 300 advance. It is deducted from your bill.

Pay ahead

Pay by Raast, Easypaisa, JazzCash or bank transfer and The Set costs Rs 7,000 instead of Rs 7,500. At checkout, choose Pay ahead and enter the code PAYAHEAD so your total shows Rs 7,000 a set. Single pieces stay at their price. We send the payment details on WhatsApp right after you order. Send the screenshot back and your order is confirmed. Paying ahead also lets you choose your own number: send the number you want with your screenshot, and if it is taken we offer the closest free one.

Size exchange

One free size exchange within 7 days of delivery (check the size guide first), unworn and unwashed, with tags on. Message us on WhatsApp and we arrange the pickup and the new size. If your new size has sold out, we refund you in full by bank transfer.

Opening the parcel

Our courier does not allow parcels to be opened before payment. The free size exchange covers fit.

Faults

If anything arrives faulty, message us within 7 days with a photo. We replace it or refund you in full.

Founding price

The first 30 sets go to the waitlist at Rs 6,500, from Wed 4 Nov, 8pm. Pay ahead starts at the same time.
